The Higher Council has been formed to genuinely offer assistance and guidance in people's lives.
The Higher Council is based in North Cornwall; a county with a very harmonious vibration with the spiritual world.
We specialise in Relationship Guidance, both on a spiritual level and on a counselling level.
I am Oliver Coles, I try to take care of back office issues as best as I can. I have built our websites, and organise the readers.The relationship with Kirsty hasn't worked out, I have invested to much of my energy and time into making this opportunity work, so I am soldiering on myself.
